DMCA Notification of Copyright Violation

NOTIFICATION OF DMCA COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Our website follows the safe harbor rules of 17 U.S.C. 512, also known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). To let us know about a copyright violation, you will need to send us a letter that has most of the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of a person who is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that was allegedly violated.
Identification of the copyrighted work that is said to have been violated, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a list of those works.
Identification of the content that is said to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that needs to be removed or to which access needs to be blocked, as well as information that is likely to be enough for the service provider to find the content. The best way to help us find content quickly is to put URLs in the body of an email.
Information that is likely to be enough for the service provider to get in touch with the person who is complaining, such as an address, phone number, and, if available, an email address where the person can be reached.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the copyright owner, its agent, or the law does not allow the material to be used in the way that the complaining party says it is being used.
A statement that the information in the notification is correct and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed. (Note that under Section 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages. In other words, DON’T LYE!

Then, send an email to support@apkneed.com with the notice of the infringement.
