When you fall asleep, your movements depend on what stage of sleep you are in. The patented sleep cycle technology tracks your sleep patterns through sound or vibration analysis and monitors your sleep activity at different sleep stages.
The best time for a set cycle is displayed when you are in a light nap to wake up in the morning during a predefined 30 minute window that ends at your set alarm time. Waking up in the light sleep phase feels like waking up naturally without an alarm, which makes you feel light and full of energy.
